Stock art is like birthday cake: it’s made to share. However, no one likes a snatchy, grabby, ungrateful party guest. I give away my stock photos; here is what I ask you to give me in return*:

My stock is provided to help you create art, be it reference source or photo manipulation. It is NOT provided for you to bundle, collect, sell, or pass off as your own.

My stock is for personal, non-profit work only. It can, however, be used in dA prints. Please send me a print if at all possible. When you use something of mine, put a link to your work in the stock photo’s comment area so I can see how you used it. I may want to favourite or feature it.

You may not repackage and redistribute my resources in any way, shape or form.

You may not use one of my photos with only Photoshop (for example) changes, such as colour adjustment or filters, and redistribute it or sell it. This is the same as redistributing the images themselves.

You may use my resources within your own design, painting, etc and do whatever you like with it (provided that proper credit is given, as below) but…

Do not use my stock in any art that promotes hatred, violence, abuse, or adult themes. If that is your style, please look elsewhere for your resources. If I find my stock being used in a manner which I find offensive, I reserve the right to demand that it be removed.

If you want to use my resources for commercial or for-profit use, please contact me via dA note or e-mail. I will decide on a case-by-case basis.
